Description du poste

Description : Le candidat sélectionné participera au développement de pipelines avancés de machine learning. Ces derniers sont dédiés à la reconstruction 3D d’os à partir d’images TAC (Tomodensitométrie), à la segmentation d’structures anatomiques et à la détection de repères médicaux à partir de scans TAC et d’images radiographiques. Un aspect essentiel de cette mission est de garantir la précision des annotations, ce qui requerra une formation spécifique dispensée par un médecin expérimenté.

Responsabilités clés

• Annotation des images médicales : Étiqueter avec précision les os, les articulations et les repères anatomiques sur les scans TAC et les radiographies.
• Tagging des repères : Identifier les repères anatomiques cliniquement pertinents permettant une détection efficace dans les systèmes d’IA.
• Assurance qualité : Suivre les protocoles d’annotation médicale stricts sous la supervision de médecins.
• Collaboration multidisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des experts médicaux, des ingénieurs en IA et d’autres annotateurs.

Exigences

• Attention élevée aux détails et engagement envers l’exactitude des annotations.
• Capacité à travailler avec des données d’imagerie médicale 2D/3D.
• Expérience avec des outils tels que 3D Slicer ou volonté d’apprentissage sur ces outils.
• Un connaissance en médecine, en radiologie, en sciences biomédicales ou dans un domaine de la santé est un atout.
• Expérience en annotation d’images TAC ou radiographiques est préférable.
• Un parcours dans l’IA, la recherche ou l’imagerie dans le secteur de la santé est également valorisé.

📝 Description du poste : DescriptionWe are developing advanced machine learning pipelines for the 3D reconstruction of bones from CT images, segmentation of anatomical structures, and detection of medical landmarks from CT scans and X-ray images. Accurate annotations are essential to the performance of our models. To ensure clinical precision, data annotators will be trained and guided by an experienced medical doctor.Requirements– High attention to detail and commitment to annotation accuracy.
– Comfort working with 2D/3D medical imaging data.
– Experience with or willingness to learn tools like 3D Slicer or similar.
– Background in medicine, radiology, biomedical sciences, anatomy, or related healthcare fields is a big plus.
– Preferred previous experience annotating CT or X-ray images.
– Experience working in healthcare AI, research, or imaging is a plus.Job responsibilitiesAs a Data Annotator, you will be responsible for labeling and annotating medical imaging data (CT and X-ray) to support the development of high-accuracy AI models. This role requires a high level of precision, consistency, and the ability to interpret anatomical structures. The data annotators would be trained by subject matter experts. A medical or healthcare background is a strong advantage.– Annotation of Medical Images: Accurately label bones, joints, and anatomical landmarks on CT scans and X-ray images.
– Landmark Tagging: Identify clinically relevant anatomical landmarks that will be used in AI-based landmark detection.
– Quality Assurance: Follow strict medical annotation protocols provided by supervising doctors.
