Le candidat retenu rejoindra le Groupe de Recherche et Développement (GRD), lequel se concentre sur la recherche stratégique et appliquée en intelligence artificielle (IA). Le programme de recherche en Digital Assurance se spécialise dans l’IA et l’assurance de l’IA, en développant des outils et méthodes innovants pour relever des défis technologiques, sociétaux et de confiance à travers divers secteurs.
Responsabilités Clés
- Assurer la direction et le soutien : Conduire la recherche sur l’assurance, le risque et la sécurité de l’IA.
- Mentorat : Promouvoir le partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe.
- Funding : Identifier des financements et constituer des consortiums de recherche.
- Développement de Méthodes : Créer des approches innovantes pour l’assurance de l’IA et la gestion des risques.
- Communication : Partager les résultats de manière claire avec divers publics.
Qualités Recherchées
Les candidats doivent posséder un master ou un diplôme équivalent dans des domaines tels que l’IA, l’ingénierie des systèmes ou les mathématiques appliquées, ainsi qu’une expérience pratique en IA et en gestion des risques. D’autres compétences clés incluent :
- Connaissances en quantification de l’incertitude et méthodes probabilistes.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes avec une approche interdisciplinaire.
- Compétences en programmation et volonté de travailler sur des projets conceptuels et appliqués.

A major focus for GRD is to shape the future of digital assurance.The Digital Assurance research programme specializes in AI and Assurance of AI. We conduct strategic research and develop innovative tools and methods to shape the future of digital assurance, addressing technological, societal, and trust-related challenges across industries.The programme is organized into specialized teams, and we are currently looking for a new member to join the Risk and Modelling Technologies Group (RAM). Our team’s mission is to ensure that AI-enabled systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards, fostering confidence in their adoption.Are you interested in solving complex problems in assurance of AI using advanced techniques for managing uncertainty and risk? Would like to research how these techniques can be used in high-stakes environments?As a Senior Researcher in AI Assurance & Risk, you will contribute to cutting-edge projects on AI safety and risk. You will have the opportunity to:
- Work on AI-driven risk management tools
- Develop methods for safe of AI in high-risk settings
- Explore emerging topics
- Integrate probabilistic ML, UQ and other advanced AI models into workflows

- Lead or support research on AI assurance, risk, and safety
