Responsabilités clés
- Soutien aux équipes : Participation à la mise en œuvre des activités, de la documentation de marketing et de l’organisation d’événements internes et externes.
- Gestion des données : Saisie et maintenance des bases de données commerciales et des rapports liés au secteur.
- Assistance administrative : Soutien au bureau arrière, y compris la maintenance des bureaux, la gestion de la correspondance avec les agences, et d’autres tâches administratives ponctuelles.
Profil recherché
- Formation : En cours d’obtention d’un diplôme de Baccalauréat ou Master en Marketing, Commerce, Économie ou domaine similaire.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du norvégien et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Personnalité pro-active : Capacités organisationnelles, sens du détail et motivation pour atteindre les résultats.
- Travail en autonomie et en équipe : Capacité à gérer des projets de manière indépendante tout en collaborant efficacement avec d’autres.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de PowerPoint.
- Atouts : Permis de conduire, disponibilité pour des déplacements, et expérience antérieure en stage ou dans des postes similaires.

- Supporting the Deployment team in implementing activities, trade materials, internal and external events
- Data entry and maintenance of trade database & trade reports
- Providing administrative support to back-office as required including office maintenance, systems maintenance, agency correspondence, mail handling and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
What are we looking for?
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
- Proficient in Norwegian & English (both oral and written)
- Proactive, structured, drive for results and thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
- Have an ability to work well both in team and independently and drive own projects and tasks
- Fast learner, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Nice to have: driving license, ability to travel, previous experience in internship or similar positions
