Description du poste :
Le poste de co-fondateur technique est essentiel pour propulser OmniBazaar vers de nouveaux horizons. En travaillant au sein d’une Organisation Autonome Décentralisée (DAO), vous collaborerez avec cinq autres co-fondateurs sur les volets stratégique et opérationnel de l’entreprise. Votre première mission sera de migrer OmniCoin vers une nouvelle blockchain intelligente, tout en développant des applications web3 pour relancer la marketplace décentralisée.
Projets immédiats :
Au sein d’OmniBazaar, les tâches prioritaires incluent :
- La migration de l’OmniCoin vers une plateforme de "smart contract".
- L’ajout d’un portefeuille Web3 et de fonctionnalités d’inscription pour les NFT.
- L’implémentation de la confidentialité des transactions et de l’abstraction de compte.
- La rédaction de smart contracts pour remplacer les fonctionnalités actuelles de la marketplace.
- Le développement d’un échange décentralisé (DEX) et de fonctionnalités de trading P2P.
Conditions de travail :
Ce projet est actuellement en phase de bootstrap, ce qui signifie que les ressources sont limitées et que le financement dépendra de la capacité à attirer des investisseurs ou à atteindre la rentabilité. Les candidats doivent être prêts à soutenir financièrement leur implication le temps que la structure se stabilise financièrement. En retour, vous bénéficierez de 5 % de parts de l’entreprise et d’une allocation des tokens OmniCoin.
Exigences du poste :
Les candidats à ce poste doivent présenter les qualifications suivantes :
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets, développement UI/UX et contrôle qualité.
- Expertise nécessaire en Solidity, blockchain, smart contracts, ainsi que des connaissances en Web3, NodeJS, React et JavaScript.
- Connaissances souhaitées sur les bases de données distribuées, les DEXs, ou des protocoles de confidentialité comme les ZKP.

We are building an advanced marketplace software template that will allow tens or hundreds of thousands of individuals and small businesses to open localized and specialized marketplaces around the world. With the integrated OmniCoin cryptocurrency, OmniBazaar offers secure transactions, reputation tracking, distributed escrow, and incentives for participation. Our vision is to expand access to global commerce, especially for the 1.5 billion unbanked and underbanked people worldwide. We have a working MVP, two patents, have scaled to 10,000 registered users. Development roadmap includes Web3 support, a decentralized crypto exchange (DEX), P2P crypto trading, liquidity pools, support for NFT sales, stablecoin support, and mobile applications.We are seeking a technical co-founder to move the project to the next level.OmniBazaar in 60 seconds —We have converted the company format to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) for transparency. We already have five co-founders for CEO, Legal, Operations, Investor Relations/Sales, and Marketing with whom you will work in developing the company. You and these five co-founders will run the company.Our first priority is migrating OmniCoin to a new smart blockchain in preparation for relaunching the distributed marketplace as a web3 app.We are looking for a working co-founder who can and will roll up his or her sleeves and create the necessary code.
