Rôle et Responsabilités

Intégré(e) dans une installation de fabrication de plaquettes de classe 10, les mission du technicien incluront :

• Assister à la réparation des outils, qu’elle soit planifiée ou non.
• Participer à l’analyse des causes profondes des pannes, jusqu’au niveau des composants.
• Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration continue des outils.
• Travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe sur des projets d’amélioration.
• S’informer par le biais d’un mentor sur la résolution pratique de problèmes matériels.
• Intervenir dans les présentations sur les travaux achevés, les apprentissages, ainsi que les recommandations.
• Savoir travailler à partir de manuels techniques, de spécifications, de schémas, ainsi que d’instructions écrites et orales.
• Démontrer de solides compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe diversifiée et multitâche.
• Travailler de manière autonome et s’adapter à des priorités en constante évolution.

Ce poste permettra également d’explorer des domaines variés tels que l’Électronique, le Vide Élevé, et la Robotique. Les équipements utilisés sur site incluent :

• Implanteurs et plateformes de dépôt Applied Material
• Bancs humides Akrion
• Fours Aviza
• Tracks TEL
• Steppers Nikon
• Etchers LAM
• Plateformes de dépôt Novellus
• Plateformes de chimie humide Semitool

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal devra posséder :

• Éducation : Un parcours vers une licence (NFQ Niveau 7) ou un diplôme de licence avec honneurs (NFQ Niveau 8), ou une qualification technique de niveau 6 avec expérience pertinente.
• Expérience : Connaissance des environnements réglementés ou d’un rôle similaire en maintenance d’équipements dans l’industrie manufacturière.
• Capacité à démontrer des méthodes d’analyse et de dépannage (Analyse des Causes Racines, Résolution de Problèmes).
• Aptitude à suivre des procédures de maintenance préventive et de travail standard.
• Compréhension de la stratégie de Maintenance Productive Totale (TPM) est un atout.

Conditions de travail : Ce poste requiert de travailler par cycles variables sur une période de 5 jours. Un salaire compétitif sera offert, avec un bonus de shift.

While experience might be of an advantage, this opportunity is open also to those with limited industry experience.At our Limerick site we manufacture Integrated Circuits that are used in all forms of the electronics spectrum from industrial to consumer devices.This role will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility and will require successful applicants to perform the following duties:

• Assist in Tool repair both planned and unplanned
• Assist in Root cause troubleshooting and fault finding to component level.
• Assist in ongoing tool development and enhancement.
• The freedom and support to drive improvement projects both alone and as part of team.
• Work with coach / mentor in hands-on practical investigation and resolution on hardware
• Involvement in presentations on completed work / learnings and recommendations
• Ability to work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools & test equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multi-task.
• Be capable of working with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.

These tools offer the potential to experience a multitude of exciting aspects including: Electronics, High Vacuum, Pneumatics, Pneumatics and Robotics.Some of the Individual Toolsets onsite include:

This is a rotating shift-based role and in addition, the successful candidate will also be paid a competitive shift premium.The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

• Education: Building towards bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8). Level 6 Technical qualification with Relevant experience.
• Experience: Understanding of regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within manufacturing industry. Experience in hand tool application would be an advantage.
• Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
• Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
• Analog Devices adopts a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. A basic understanding in this area would be of advantage.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be open to work a 5-cycle shift pattern
