Description du poste
En tant que stagiaire en marketing, vous participerez à un programme d’un an conçu pour fournir une expérience pratique dans un environnement professionnel. Ce stage vous permettra de mettre en pratique les compétences théoriques acquises au cours de vos études, tout en développant des compétences variées aux côtés de professionnels expérimentés. Le stage incluera des formations régulières et des bilatérales avec votre manager, facilitant votre progression et votre intégration dans l’entreprise.
Tâches et responsabilités
*Durant votre stage, vous serez amené à :*
- Support aux initiatives marketing : Aider à l’exécution de campagnes marketing tout en soutenant les opérations associées.
- Création et localisation de contenu : Contribuer à la rédaction de publications engageant sur les réseaux sociaux ainsi que d’articles de blog adaptés aux audiences locales.
- Contribution aux événements : Aider à la planification logistique d’événements et à la gestion du calendrier des événements.
- Efforts de communication : Préparer des newsletters, des présentations, des rapports, et des résumés pour un usage interne et externe.
- Collaboration avec des experts : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des professionnels du marketing, des équipes commerciales, des partenaires channel et des agences.
- Participation à des projets internationaux : S’impliquer dans des initiatives marketing transfrontalières.
Qualifications requises
*Pour postuler à ce poste, vous devez avoir :*
- Éducation : Être inscrit en 3e ou 4e année d’un programme de Licence ou de Master en Administration des affaires, Gestion, Ingénierie industrielle, ou un domaine connexe.
- Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences écrites et orales en turc et en anglais.
- Force organisationnelle : Capacité à gérer son temps, planifier et jongler avec plusieurs tâches.
- Compétences en médias sociaux : Présence en ligne active et intérêt prononcé pour les tendances numériques.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils MS Office, y compris Excel, et connaissance des outils d’édition visuelle comme la Suite Adobe serait un plus.
- Esprit d’équipe : Capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement virtuel et multiculturel.

- Support Marketing Initiatives – Assist in executing exciting marketing campaigns and support operations.
