Missions Principales

En tant qu’Ingénieur Qualité Assurance, votre mission principale est d’assurer la qualité des produits et leur conformité à travers des processus définis et une amélioration continue. Vous intégrerez une équipe de sept membres, spécialisée dans les interrupteurs, les prises et les connecteurs de données, sous la direction du CS&Q Manager Plant Feller.

Les responsabilités incluent :

• Veiller à ce que les exigences pour le contrôle qualité des produits et des processus respectent le **plan de contrôle qualité**.
• Identifier et analyser de manière continue les facteurs de non-qualité et surveiller les plans d’amélioration de la qualité.
• Détecter les problèmes potentiels en amont et mettre en œuvre des solutions préventives.
• Résoudre rapidement les problèmes de fabrication affectant la qualité des produits destinés aux clients.
• Former les employés afin qu’ils respectent les instructions de qualité.
• Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) lors des réunions de performance quotidienne et conduire la résolution de problèmes dans les processus de production.
• Assurer la confiance que chaque produit ou service répondra aux exigences contractuelles des clients.
• Communiquer les résultats qualité aux équipes de production, incluant les taux de rejet et les non-conformités.
• Participer à la mise en œuvre des fondamentaux qualité dans la production en animant des projets.

Qualifications Recherchées

Éducation : Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
Expérience professionnelle : Un minimum d’une année d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur qualité ou dans un domaine connexe (stage ou apprentissage inclus).

Compétences Techniques

• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite et connaissance des outils qualité.
• Esprit analytique et structuré.
• Connaissance des réglementations et normes légales relatives à la qualité.

Langues requises : Anglais courant.

• Bonnes compétences en communication.
• Personnalité ouverte, flexible et sociable.
• Capacité d’adaptation rapide à de nouveaux environnements.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:Where is the Position?This position is based in Ringsted in Denmark, in Northern Europe, within the multicultural quality team in a dynamic and challenging environment.Which missions will you lead?As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure product quality and compliance through defined processes and continuous improvement. You’ll work with a team of seven, focusing on switches, socket outlets, and data connectors, reporting to the CS&Q Manager Plant Feller. Your role includes auditing outputs, resolving defects, and supporting consistent, timely product delivery. Your main missions will be:

• Ensure that the requirements for the quality control of products and processes are following our quality control plan, and that we have the means to mitigate any quality issues.
• Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans.
• Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
• Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction, and prevention steps.
• Make sure that workers are adequately trained and follow quality instructions.
• Follow up on KPIs during daily Performance board meetings and animate/conduct systematic problem solving in the production/assembly process.
• Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer requirements.
• Convey our quality results to the production teams. This includes reject rates, nonconformities, suggesting continuous quality improvements, and developing both existing and new products.
• Take part of implementation of the quality fundamentals to the production by animating and driving projects for the implementation of different tools and processes.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?Education: Engineer degree or equivalent.Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as quality engineer or related field (internship/apprenticeship included).Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & knowledge of quality Tools.
• Analytical and structured mindset.
• Knowledge of legal regulations and standards related to quality.
