Description du poste : The successful candidate will receive, evaluate, approve and/or reject warranty claims received from the dealers. Will support dealers on any warranty related aspect, such as training and regular advice. Responsible for the timely payment and collection of warranty claims submitted to manufacturer, and for the preparation of monthly warranty reports. Responsible for the registration into SAP system of Hyundai vehicles imported to Puerto Rico.*Responsibilities:*

• Reviews, analyzes and properly approves and/or rejects all warranty claims submitted by the dealers timely, and in accordance to established procedures.
• Receives the warranty claims approved files from the manufacturer, uploads them into the system and reports them to the Finance department.
• Prepares and sends periodically reports to its supervisor about warranty claims approved.
• Registers imported vehicles and new vehicles warranties on system.
• Provides warranty trends information to Parts & Service Field Representatives.
• Provides orientation to dealers and customers regarding warranty issues.
• Provides guidance and training to dealers’ personnel on warranty claims’ processes compliance.
• Identifies and reports to its supervisor about warranty trends to detect potential quality defects and potential dealers to be audited.

*Requirements:*

• Automobile Technical degree from an accredited school, a must.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar position, required.
• Knowledge of dealership operational processes, warranty department, preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Knowledge in SAP, ADP and Mitchell or similar platform
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
