Description du Poste
Le rôle de Workplace Manager à Bratislava s’articule autour de la gestion des opérations de bureau et du soutien administratif essentiel aux employés.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Gestion de l’Expérience au Bureau : Assurer une expérience de travail de qualité, gérer les questions de sécurité, le bureau d’accueil et agir comme lien avec le propriétaire du bâtiment.
- Coordination des Services : Être le point de contact principal des prestataires de services liés à l’entretien du bureau, tels que le nettoyage, la restauration et les services de communication.
- Approvisionnement : Organiser l’achat de fournitures, d’équipements, de téléphones mobiles et de matériel promotionnel.
- Organisation d’Événements : Planifier des réunions sur site, des événements d’entreprise et des avantages pour les employés.
- Logistique des Voyages : Faciliter les voyages d’affaires en organisant hébergements, transports et logistique des réunions.
- Santé et Sécurité : Veiller au respect des normes de santé, sécurité et formation aux premiers secours.
- Initiatives de Bien-être : Diriger les initiatives relatives au bien-être et à un bureau écologique.
- Support à la Recrutement : Aider lors des recrutements en coordonnant les entretiens et en facilitant l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
Profil Recherché :
- Autonomie et Proactivité : Candidat motivé et créatif, passionné par l’expérience des employés.
- Organisation : Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités de manière efficace et à traiter des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme.
- Communication : Excellente maîtrise du slovaque et de l’anglais, à l’aise avec les interactions professionnelles.
- Expérience : Connaissance en administration de bureau dans un environnement dynamique.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office while also providing essential people administrative support.Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent workplace experience and manage facility and security matters, reception desk, acting as a liaison with the landlord, building service, and overseeing CCTV operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for service providers related to office maintenance (cleaning, food service, greenery, archive, telco, etc.).
- Procure office supplies, equipment, mobile phones, furniture, and promotional materials.
- Organize key on-site meetings and coordinate company events and employee benefits.
- Support business trips by arranging accommodations, transport, and meeting logistics.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards, including OHS, fire drills, first aid training.
- Lead Wellbeing & Green Office initiatives, including seasonal office decorations.
- Support company branding initiatives, create and manage social media content.
- Assist in recruitment by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Collaborate with the People Partner to support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration experience.
