Dans le cadre d’une stratégie visant à renforcer son équipe Finance & Stratégie (F&S), Wolt recherche un Analyste Financier analytique et proactif pour se concentrer sur la planification et l’analyse des dépenses opérationnelles globales (OPEX).
Objectifs du poste
En tant qu’Analyste Financier, le titulaire de ce poste contribuera à :
– Fournir des insights déterminants au processus décisionnel de l’entreprise en garantissant un accès rapide à des données financières fiables et pertinentes.
– Collaborer avec différentes équipes internes et internationales pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels et stratégiques.
– Influencer la planification stratégique des dépenses opérationnelles, gérant les modèles de prévision et de reporting.
Responsabilités
Le rôle inclut diverses missions essentielles :
- Prévisions et Reporting OPEX : Participer à la prévision et à l’analyse des dépenses opérationnelles au sein de Wolt et des marchés internationaux.
- Génération d’insights : Identifier les tendances, surveiller les variations et mettre en avant les indicateurs de performance clés.
- Modélisation et Planification : Créer des modèles financiers pour appuyer la planification des activités de G&A et R&D.
- Excellence du Reporting : Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels, ainsi que des prévisions et budgets pour les fonctions centrales.
- Propriétaire d’Outils : Améliorer les fichiers maîtres OPEX et les outils de prévision.
- Optimisation des Processus : Proposer des améliorations aux processus de planification en facilitant la collaboration inter-équipes.
- Analyse Ad-Hoc : Aider la direction avec des besoins d’analyse ponctuels.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience de plus de trois ans en planification financière et analyse, préférablement dans le secteur technologique.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Compétences analytiques solides, avec une expérience pertinente en modélisation financière.
- La connaissance d’outils comme NetSuite ou IBM Planning Analytics est un atout.
- Compréhension des principes comptables et des normes de reporting financier.
- Esprit proactif avec un sens aigu de la responsabilité et des résultats.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de traduire des données financières complexes en insights clairs et exploitables.

We work closely with various teams across Wolt and DoorDash worldwide to ensure our operational and strategic goals are met with precision.As a Financial Analyst, you’ll report directly to the Manager, Finance & Strategy responsible for Global Operating Expenses, and play a vital role in shaping how we approach company-wide operating expenses planning. You’ll manage the reporting and forecasting templates, provide insights that drive strategic decisions, contribute to long-term financial planning, and help teams hit ambitious efficiency goals. Operating expenses are a key lever in driving profitability and competitiveness at Wolt, and your work will directly support that mission.You’ll partner closely with global G&A and R&D functions to track performance, build financial models, and deliver business insights that enable smarter decisions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations-offering deep exposure to how Wolt runs and grows.The location of the role is at Wolt HQ in Helsinki.Responsibilities
- OPEX Forecasting & Reporting: Be part of forecasting, reporting, and analysis of operating expenses across Wolt HQ and international markets.
- Insight Generation: Identify trends, track variances, and surface key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Modeling & Planning: Build financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning across G&A and R&D.
- Reporting Excellence: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for central functions.
- Tool Ownership: Maintain and improve our OPEX master files, analysis templates, and forecasting tools.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements in planning processes and foster better collaboration across G&A, R&D and business teams at Wolt and DoorDash.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support management with one-off reporting and analysis needs as they arise.
Our humble expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (preferably in the tech industry)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with solid experience in financial modeling and working with large datasets
- Experience with NetSuite, IBM Planning Analytics, or similar tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on reliability and results
- Excellent communication skills-you can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
