Le Four Seasons Hotel de Séoul recherche un Chef Concierge passionné par l’excellence du service, capable de créer des expériences personnalisées pour les clients. Le titulaire de ce poste sera directement sous la supervision du Responsable de la Réception.
Qualifications Requises
Formation : Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente requise
Expérience : Une expérience préalable dans l’hôtellerie ou le secteur du luxe est souhaitée, mais pas obligatoire.
Compétences Souhaitées
- Organisation : Capacité à gérer des documents, des communications et des dossiers de manière efficace.
- Compétences en Réservation : Expérience dans l’utilisation de systèmes tels qu’Opera.
- Compétences Communicatives : Aisance à rédiger et répondre par écrit, en Coréen et en Anglais.
- Compétences Informatiques : Bonne maîtrise de MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. - Must have proven organizational abilities in maintenance of traces, files, records, executive calendar, directing calls, follow through on e-mails and other communications
- Good Reservations skills with working knowledge in Opera
- Good communications and telephone skills, independent correspondence including emails, along with experience composing different types of documents
- General PC proficiency with basic skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with courier services, receiving and inventory control of printing & stationery as well as guest supplies for the front office
- Working knowledge in both written and spoken Korean and English
Eligibility
- Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV, games, and Web service.
- Works closely with Guest Services, Housekeeping and Core to ensure smooth handling of guest requests.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Key Functions
- Manages the Concierge team as a Department Head, interviews and trains.
- Manages day-to-day performance of the staff. Coaches staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards. Conducts performance reviews. Disciplines staff as needed.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Assures that Concierge Staff knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, and sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests. Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
