Ce rôle se concentre sur les initiatives de transformation stratégique et opérationnelle pour des clients de premier plan dans le secteur de l’assurance, principalement sur le marché allemand. Responsabilités principales

• Analyse des besoins : Comprendre et cartographier les exigences commerciales des clients.
• Conseil : Servir de conseiller de confiance pour les clients germanophones.
• Collaboration : Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris IT, données et chefs de produits, pour assurer la livraison réussie des initiatives de transformation.
• Implémentation : Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre des solutions.
• Relation client : Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients au quotidien.
• Veille sectorielle : Rester informé des tendances dans l’industrie de l’assurance en Allemagne.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal devra satisfaire aux critères suivants :

• Formation : Diplôme universitaire complété.
• Expérience : Au moins 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans des rôles de conseil ou de transformation dans le secteur de l’assurance.
• Langues : Compétences en allemand au niveau C1, ainsi qu’une connaissance de l’anglais et du tchèque/slovaque.
• Technologie : Passion pour les technologies et leur application dans les affaires.
• Soft skills : Compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles solides.
• Proactivité : Attitude autonome, motivée et amicale.
