Objectifs du Poste
Le Product Manager aura la responsabilité de gérer et développer le produit *Assurance*, un domaine clé de croissance pour Sambla Group, qui génère déjà plus de 200 millions de SEK de revenus annuels. Cette position offre une opportunité unique, car l’entreprise a récemment migré vers une nouvelle plateforme, facilitant ainsi la phase de croissance à venir. Le candidat retenu bénéficiera d’une équipe renforcée pour l’accompagner dans cette démarche d’expansion.
Responsabilités Clés
- Direction de la feuille de route : Établir et piloter la stratégie et les KPIs pour le produit Assurance.
- Augmentation des utilisateurs : Conduire des initiatives pour accroître le nombre d’utilisateurs payants et la valeur à vie des clients.
- Expérience client : Créer des parcours clients alliant une *expérience utilisateur optimale* et conformité réglementaire.
- Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler de manière cross-fonctionnelle pour optimiser les processus de livraison.
- Formation de l’offre produit : Contribuer à l’élargissement du portefeuille produits et à la stratégie d’expansion de Sambla Group.
