Que Ferez-Vous ?

Objectif du Poste :

*Diriger l’exécution sécurisée et efficace des activités de construction offshore en tant que représentant du chef de projet sur le site marine.*
*Coordonner les équipes internes sur site, le matériel marin, et les opérations quotidiennes pour respecter le programme et les exigences techniques.*
*Maintenir des dossiers offshore précis, y compris des rapports de progrès quotidiens et des briefings de sécurité.*
*Promouvoir les normes de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement sur le site, en animant des discussions de sécurité et des briefings préalables aux tâches.*
*Collaborer avec les équipes de soutien à terre, ainsi que les superintendents offshore, pour assurer une communication fluide à chaque phase du projet.*

Profil Recherché

Compétences Essentielles :

*Compréhension approfondie des systèmes de travail sécurisés et des normes HSE spécifiques à la construction offshore.*
*Expérience dans la direction des opérations sur site marin pour des projets de génie civil.*
*Compétence dans la planification et la livraison des travaux offshore conformes aux spécifications.*
*Maîtrise de la production et de la gestion des permis, notamment pour les travaux à chaud et les espaces confinés.*
*Capacité à créer et interpréter des documents techniques, des déclarations de méthode et des évaluations des risques.*

*Connaissance des contrats NEC ou équivalents.*

*Expérience en planification logistique marine et coordination de navires.*
*Expérience dans des opérations telles que le battage marin, le levage, les opérations de levé et de plongée.*

Qualifications & Certifications

*Les candidats doivent posséder une ou plusieurs des qualifications suivantes :*

*Qualification formelle en construction, ingénierie ou opérations maritimes (ex. : HNC/HND/BSc/BEng en Génie Civil ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente).*
*CSCS et SMSTS (ou formation équivalente en gestion HSE sur site).*
*Certification de survie en mer ou willingness to obtain as part of the onboarding (ex. : STCW, OPITO-approbation BOSIET).*
*Permis de conduire valide.*

Leads the safe and effective execution of offshore construction activities as part of a self-delivery team, acting as the Project Manager’s representative on the marine site.
Coordinates internal site teams, marine plant, and daily operations to deliver works in accordance with the programme, method statements, and technical requirements.
Maintains accurate offshore records including daily progress reports, permits, safety briefings, and task planning.
Champions health, safety, and environmental standards offshore, leading Toolbox Talks, pre-task briefings, and behavioural safety initiatives.
Interfaces with onshore support teams, Offshore Superintendents, and Subcontractor teams to ensure clear communication and delivery continuity across project phases.

Who we’re looking forEssential

Strong understanding of safe systems of work and HSE standards specific to offshore construction.
Experience leading marine site operations for civil engineering projects.
Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver offshore works in line with programme and specifications.
Familiar with the production and management of permits, including Hot Works and Confined Space.
Skilled in producing and interpreting technical documents, method statements and risk assessments.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of offshore delivery.
Proven track record of contributing to project delivery and driving site productivity.
Understanding of quality processes, non-conformance management, and audit systems.
Proficient in use of site recording and productivity tracking tools.
Experience in offshore/marine construction delivery.

Desirable

Knowledge of NEC or similar contracts.
Understanding of temporary works coordination.
Experience of producing handover documentation and QA records.
Experience with marine logistics planning and vessel coordination.
Experience with marine piling, lifting, survey, diving operations.

Qualifications & Certifications
The role holder is expected to have one or more of the following:

Formal qualification in construction, engineering or maritime operations (e.g. HNC/HND/BSc/BEng)

in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or demonstrable
equivalent experience.

CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent HSE site management training).
Sea Survival certification or willingness to obtain as part of onboarding (e.g., STCW, OPITO-

approved BOSIET, or equivalent).

Holds a current driving licence
