Profil et Exigences

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience significative dans le secteur IT, avec une expertise reconnue dans le développement .NET et les principes de développement Full Stack.

• Expérience : Minimum de 6-8 ans dans le secteur IT.
• Compétences techniques : Programmation orientée objet (OOP), structures de données, bases de données relationnelles, programmation asynchrone, et développement d’applications monopage avec JavaScript.
• Connaissances spécifiques : Framework .NET, React.js, services cloud, et bases de données orientées documents.
• Soft Skills : Capacité à travailler en équipe, esprit d’initiative, intégrité et excellent sens de l’organisation.

Responsabilités Principales

Le candidat sera responsable de :

• Collaborer avec divers développeurs et équipes pour mener à bien des projets.
• Mentorer et guider des collègues tout en assurant le respect des normes de qualité.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes et à la mise en place de nouvelles standards techniques.
• Participer à la conception architecturale des projets et à l’engagement des clients.
• Assurer la qualité du code, le respect des bonnes pratiques, et communiquer avec les parties prenantes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers in their daily duties.
• Utilise technical knowledge and experience to mentor, delegate and assist other developers.
• Coach and motivate team members, mitigating impediments affecting the team.
• Drive engagement and motivation to sustain talent and reduce attrition rate.
• Cooperate with multiple teams in implementing new ideas.
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Working with the team to develop programming guidelines/standards and ensure they are adopted and followed by the entire development team.
• Maintain and set appropriate standards and technical processes, including productivity enhancements, quality measures, and customer-oriented standards.
